Atlantic AV is so excited to share the completion of the Hilltop Mansion project in Newport, Rhode Island. This extensive three-year endeavor has resulted in a stunning embodiment of smart home technology and luxury living, set within the impressive scale of the 14,000 sq/ft estate.
At the heart of this project is the Control4 home automation system that manages the electronics in the house. The BluSound Audio system provides distributed audio to most every room in the home, with many of these rooms featuring subwoofers ingeniously hidden in the floors, ensuring high-quality sound is available throughout the residence. Complementing this sound system is the Control4 Lighting Control system, adding elegance and sophistication integrated across the property to create the perfect ambiance in every room.
The video system in the home is second to none. It is a centralized, distributed video system that allows content to be enjoyed on any TV within the dwelling. This system includes TiVo, Apple TV, and Blu-Ray.
Adding to the charm is a custom-designed TV lift cabinet by Atlantic AV, blending elegance with functionality. The dedicated media room features a 100-inch Sony Flagship TV, a high-performance Pro-Ject turntable, and Focal Flagship architectural theater speakers, creating an immersive cinematic experience within the manor.
Control4 HVAC ensures the mansion maintains optimal comfort levels, while the Control4 Intercom system facilitates effortless communication throughout this expansive abode. Coastal Source Landscape Lighting beautifully accents the property’s exterior, enhancing the outdoor experience.
