My first experience with Atlantic AV was the purchase of a made-to-order Symbol audio cabinet specifically designed for McIntosh equipment. I had many questions about the cabinet and I wanted a minor modification to the design. Operations Manager, Kate Schleh, precisely handled my cabinet order, got answers to my questions from Symbol and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Delivery of the audio cabinet was handled by Technicians, Jim Begley and his associate, Eli. At just over six feet long and very heavy the men very carefully maneuvered the cabinet to avoid any damage while traveling from their truck to the 2nd floor entertainment room. Overall, Atlantic AV is a skilled professional organization with a strong commitment to customer service. Without hesitation I highly recommend them for a wide array of services including audio, video, home theater and more. You won’t be disappointed!

Customer Service...A term you hear a lot these days, but these words often hold little Substance. I recently needed service due to an issue with my Home Theater System. Of Course...everything went dead on busy Friday. The Staff at Cloud M.I.S. could have said, "We can't help you Today...We'll set you up for an Appointment Next Week". Some may think that the CloudMIS crew only works on big projects, but that’s not true. They are meticulous and experts in their field. They quickly respond to questions and can schedule a visit for consultation within a few days. Upgrading televisions and home theaters is a piece of cake for these guys, they will help you find quality products that fit your budget. We finally upgraded our tv and we couldn’t be happier. Want a smart home, a tv and sound bar, or a few cameras inconspicuously placed? Wondering how to hang that flatscreen and get rid of the wires? How about those coponents and all the wires?
