Everything involved in setting up our burglar / fire alarm system went as smoothly as possible, from our first contact with Kate, through her site-visit to survey our needs, to the skillful installation by Eli (who is as nice as he is thorough). We’re pleased to have added the security that Atlantic AV will provide.

Everyone was very friendly, while in showroom they took their time arranging different set ups for us to listen to and explaining the differences to us. The tech that came to our house Jim was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. If you had a rating for our tech of 1-5 5 being the best we’d give him a 10!

I have done a lot of inspections for out of state buyers who wish to automate certain parts of their house so they can remotely check on their property. Atlantic AV is my go to referral for clients who want security cameras, exterior lighting and remote access to systems. They also have an amazing showroom where clients can check out all the latest and coolest stereo and home theatre options. It’s hard to find a company as knowledgable and responsive as Atlantic AV, highly recommend them.

As part of guiding one of my music clients through designing his home and selecting systems that would truly fit his lifestyle, I brought him into Atlantic AV’s showroom so he could experience different speaker systems firsthand. What I didn’t expect… was what I would experience. Having ADHD, music has always been more of a distraction for me—unless I was at a live concert, where it often felt overwhelming and overstimulating. But in that showroom, something completely shifted. As we listened, I began to hear music in a way I never had before. Each instrument was distinct, layered, and alive. The sound wasn’t just in front of me—it was all around me, moving through the air. It felt like a story unfolding in real time. I didn’t just hear it—I felt it through my body. At 52 years old, I realized I had never truly experienced music until that moment. Now, I finally understand the deep love and obsession so many people have with music. Thank you to Bob and Steve at Atlantic AV for creating such an incredible, immersive experience—not just for my client, but for me as well.

My first experience with Atlantic AV was the purchase of a made-to-order Symbol audio cabinet specifically designed for McIntosh equipment. I had many questions about the cabinet and I wanted a minor modification to the design. Operations Manager, Kate Schleh, precisely handled my cabinet order, got answers to my questions from Symbol and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Delivery of the audio cabinet was handled by Technicians, Jim Begley and his associate, Eli. At just over six feet long and very heavy the men very carefully maneuvered the cabinet to avoid any damage while traveling from their truck to the 2nd floor entertainment room. Overall, Atlantic AV is a skilled professional organization with a strong commitment to customer service. Without hesitation I highly recommend them for a wide array of services including audio, video, home theater and more. You won’t be disappointed!

They helped us set up our sound system after a move via email at (versus a quote received elsewhere for over $3k!) The quote for them to come do it was quite reasonable as well, but they suggested I try with their directions, which were perfect and worked easily. I will definitely call them for future services and would recommend them to others. (I sent them these pics and a photo of our place.)

Steve, our sales consultant, directed us towards exactly what we needed, and was completely responsive and kept us up to date on status of a backordered item. Kate -- totally amazing on scheduling -- the install happened exactly on the hour we were scheduled.....and a SPECIAL, MAJOR SHOUT-OUT to Jim & Eli -- the techs who delivered, installed and provided operational guidance of our new, fabulous equipment!!!!! It was a complete pleasure to work with the whole team. The entire experience was fabulous....if i could give Atlantic AV a 10-star, I would! Just wanted to say what stellar service Atlantic AV provided my small business. I own a Spa in Brunswick ME and like most buildings around New England they have stood for many years so most aren't updated! This crew was able to install new security cameras, motion lighting, and a custom deadbolt system on this 1800's built old beauty! I'm so so happy with the finished product ❤️ My staff, tenants, and business are updated and safe. Cloud was able to search for the right products to fit my needs, budget and aesthetic. Pulled the job off swiftly with no interruptions to my clients and were a dream to work with. 10 star recommended!

We recently renovated our home and worked with Cloud MIS in several capacities. They helped set up a WiFi network that reached every corner of our house and was perfect for the needs of our family. Cloud MIS automated our entire first floor which has been a truly amazing experience. We also worked with them to create the perfect home media plan throughout the house. Each experience with Cloud MIS was truly exceptional. I can not say enough about the customer service of this fantastic company. All questions and concerns were handled immediately above and beyond our expectations. This is truly a company that takes pride in what they provide for their clients and it is apparent in all aspects of their business.

When I was finally ready to purchase the high end audio system I'd dreamed about for years I knew that finding the right vendor was crucial. Advances in audio technology made choosing speakers, components and accessories a daunting proposition. And I absolutely wanted to get the most I could for my money. I am not exaggerating in the least here...I simply couldn't be more thrilled that I chose CLOUDM.I.S for my project. Throughout the entire process -- from auditioning, to putting together a coherent package, and ultimately to delivery and set-up -- these people were professional, responsive, and delightful to deal with. And the free delivery and set-up was a fantastic unexpected benefit. Now I have a system that blows me away every day, and is comparable to others costing more than twice as much. BIG THANKS to Ryan, Mike and Nancy-Grace for helping me make it all happen! I recommend CLOUDM.I.S. enthusiastically and without reservation.

Some may think that the CloudMIS crew only works on big projects, but that’s not true. They are meticulous and experts in their field. They quickly respond to questions and can schedule a visit for consultation within a few days. Upgrading televisions and home theaters is a piece of cake for these guys, they will help you find quality products that fit your budget. We finally upgraded our tv and we couldn’t be happier. Want a smart home, a tv and sound bar, or a few cameras inconspicuously placed? Wondering how to hang that flatscreen and get rid of the wires? How about those coponents and all the wires? Ask them for advice on any home or commercial automation job. Do it right the first time!

I don’t know where my family would be without Ryan and all of the folks at CloudMIS. We certainly would not be enjoying surround sound audio and visual throughout the house! They took care of the design and installation of all of the audio visual technology in our home, and even the exterior security cameras and flood lighting, which has given us peace of mind - both when we are home and away. Most importantly, Ryan and CloudMIS continue to offer support for all of the A/V, lighting and security products that they install long after the installation is complete. Thanks Ryan and CloudMIS! After a recommendation from our architect, we enlisted the services of Ryan Thurston and Custom Home Theater for a comprehensive audio, video, security system in our new home in Kennebunk, Maine. We appreciated Ryan's professionalism and his incredible knowledge of every aspect from planning, wiring, and installation. From the beginning of the project through completion and beyond, Ryan and his staff have been fantastic. Every time we would ask Ryan about "a possibility," he would always answer, "We can do that." Our home is using a Control4 system with multiple large screen televisions and sound system. Custom Home Theater also installed our lighting controls, security cameras, thermostats, and window blinds that are controlled via Control4. We especially enjoy having control of our home while away. We have been very pleased with our entire home entertainment system, and we thank Ryan and Custom Home Theater for making our dreams possible.
