My first experience with Atlantic AV was the purchase of a made-to-order Symbol audio cabinet specifically designed for McIntosh equipment. I had many questions about the cabinet and I wanted a minor modification to the design. Operations Manager, Kate Schleh, precisely handled my cabinet order, got answers to my questions from Symbol and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Delivery of the audio cabinet was handled by Technicians, Jim Begley and his associate, Eli. At just over six feet long and very heavy the men very carefully maneuvered the cabinet to avoid any damage while traveling from their truck to the 2nd floor entertainment room. Overall, Atlantic AV is a skilled professional organization with a strong commitment to customer service. The quote for them to come do it was quite reasonable as well, but they suggested I try with their directions, which were perfect and worked easily. These guys and gals are extremely professional.  The project stomach start to finish was a great experience.  Steve did his thing and listening to the customers wants was huge breath of fresh air !  I can’t wait to have these folks deck out my pool/jacuzzi area. I’d recommend Atlantic AV for anyone’s home theatre install and build . Kate and all the techs really really help complete the purchase and install with ease. My quote was turned around in a couple days. I recently needed service due to an issue with my Home Theater System. Of Course...everything went dead on busy Friday. The Staff at Cloud M.I.S. could have said, "We can't help you Today...We'll set you up for an Appointment Next Week". They are meticulous and experts in their field. They quickly respond to questions and can schedule a visit for consultation within a few days. Upgrading televisions and home theaters is a piece of cake for these guys, they will help you find quality products that fit your budget. We finally upgraded our tv and we couldn’t be happier. Want a smart home, a tv and sound bar, or a few cameras inconspicuously placed? Wondering how to hang that flatscreen and get rid of the wires? How about those coponents and all the wires? Although I live 2 hours away from CloudMIS, and have the very similiar services and products in my hometown, this is my go to for any and all home theater needs.  Ryan and his team treat all of their customers with the upmost respect, importance, and service whether your system costs $1,000 or $1 million!  They transformed my simple home theater from a “fun room” to a space that is to die for. After a recommendation from our architect, we enlisted the services of Ryan Thurston and Custom Home Theater for a comprehensive audio, video, security system in our new home in Kennebunk, Maine.  We appreciated Ryan's professionalism and his incredible knowledge of every aspect from planning, wiring, and installation.  From the beginning of the project through completion and beyond, Ryan and his staff have been fantastic.  Every time we would ask Ryan about "a possibility," he would always answer, "We can do that."  Our home is using a Control4 system with multiple large screen televisions and sound system.  Custom Home Theater also installed our lighting controls, security cameras, thermostats, and window blinds that are controlled via Control4.  We especially enjoy having control of our home while away. Although I live 2 hours away from CHT, and have the identical services and products in my hometown, this is my go to for any and all home theater needs.  Lee, Ryan and Zeb treat all of their customers with the upmost respect, importance, and service whether your system costs $1,000 or $1 million!  They transformed my simple home theater from a “fun room” to a space that is to die for.  The sound and picture quality is second to none, and their collective expertise (in a field of many “wannabes”) is what sets them apart from the rest!
