At Atlantic AV, we stay busy bringing top-tier home technology to clients across Maine. While we’re based in Brunswick, our projects take us all over the state—this past week alone, we’ve been working in Harpswell, Naples, Northport, Bethel and South Bristol, to name a few.
This week’s work included building a custom home theater with a high-performance projection system and immersive surround sound, installing a complete home security system with surveillance cameras, smart locks, and remote monitoring, setting up distributed audio for seamless music throughout the home, and automating Lutron shades and lighting for better energy efficiency and convenience. We’re seeing a significant increase in Lutron shade and lighting projects as more homeowners recognize the benefits of these systems. Automated shades offer effortless control over natural light, helping to reduce glare, protect furnishings from UV exposure, and improve energy efficiency. Lutron lighting control adds convenience, allowing users to adjust brightness and set scenes for different times of day, all with the touch of a button or voice command.
